management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams</li><li>Proven experience managing remote and distributed engineering teams</li><li>Strong coaching and mentoring skills with experience developing engineers at different career stages</li><li>Experience working in dynamic startup environments with rapid growth and changing priorities</li><li><b>Technical Expertise</b></li><li>Deep understanding of full-stack development and modern web architectures</li><li>Hands-on experience with healthcare product development and understanding of healthcare workflows, especially around Ordering and Observations</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare integration standards including FHIR, HL7, and related protocols and message types,
