Responsibilities

  • Develop and teach the Information Systems Strategy & Governance course in the online Master of IT Management program.
  • Cover the creation and implementation of long-term plans for designing, delivering, and using organizational information systems to achieve strategic domain goals and objectives.
  • Discuss resources to ensure alignment with and achievement of strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Facilitate weekly face-to-face virtual classroom meetings to reinforce coursework materials, apply academic concepts, and participate in focused discussions with faculty and colleagues.

Skills

  • Master's degree in program field or related degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in university-level teaching.
  • 5+ years industry experience.
  • Terminal degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver graduate-level, online course experiences that are valued by industry.
  • Highly skilled in and/or highly attuned to adult learning best practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive excellence.
  • Ability to integrate ethical concepts and broad understandings of diversity.
