They are seeking an experienced Zendesk Administrator to manage and optimize Zendesk, driving operational efficiency and supporting business needs in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative functions, documentation, and audits in all of the systems used by the Operations team, including Zendesk and Five9.
  • Identify and implement solutions to enhance system performance, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Maintain up to date company, industry, and system knowledge.
  • Monitor and respond to errors and outages within agreed SLAs.
  • Train and provide technical assistance to team members or users.
  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation.
  • Proactively identify, plan, and implement continuous process improvement solutions.
  • Develop system-related procedures, programs, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
  • Independently project manage small to medium system initiatives.

Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on Zendesk administrator experience
  • Technical expertise with Zendesk
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology needs, such as AI
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while staying organized
  • Experience managing and optimizing Zendesk
  • Experience driving operational efficiency
  • Experience supporting business needs in a fast-paced setting
