Job Description:

These online businesses have substantial Instagram followings and generate a significant portion of their sales through Instagram promotions. As a result, they receive numerous DMs on their Instagram accounts from potential customers with inquiries about products, shipping rates, return policies, and more. In this role, you’ll receive a document containing answers to frequently asked questions, which you’ll use to respond to inquiries within the Instagram app.

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: No fixed term
  • Pay Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements:
    • Must have a device capable of accessing Instagram (phone or tablet).
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Aptitude for closely following provided instructions.
    • Availability for 10+ hours per week.
    • Reliable internet connection.
