This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating effective learning experiences and training materials that support employee development and organizational goals. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a fully remote position. To be considered, applicants must reside in IA, WI, or TX. </strong>This job is fast-paced (not kidding), you will work independently often (but collaborate often, too), and it is So. Much. Fun. (but still, a lot of work).</p><p><br></p><p><strong> Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Works closely with leadership and subject matter experts across Humach to understand learning goals of training programs; 30% dedicated to supporting Humach marketing efforts.</li><li>Research, design and develop training curriculum.</li><li>Designs and develops instructor-led, self-paced and on-demand training modules.</li><li>Create facilitator and participant guides.</li><li>Design and develop project-specific Resource Hubs (internal knowledge base).</li><li>Lead train-the-trainer sessions with Training Facilitators.</li><li>Partner with Development Specialists and Training Facilitators to continuously improve training programs.</li><li>Participate in personal and professional development initiatives.</li><li>Act as a champion of challenge and change.</li><li>Constantly questions IWWCW (In What Ways Can We) do things differently.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Associate's degree plus 1-2 years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Knowledgeable in instructional design principles, adult learning theory and the psychology of learning.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.</li><li>Graphic design experience preferred.</li><li>Branding guide experience preferred.</li><li>Experience with SharePoint and/or Canva preferred.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Passionate about continuous improvement for self and others.</li><li>Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Humach offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, 401k, life insurance, paid time off and much more.
