Job Description

About HealthPlus Staffing

HealthPlus Staffing is one of the fastest-growing healthcare recruiting companies in America:

  • Ranked #81 by Inc. Magazine among the fastest-growing companies

  • #2 healthcare recruiting firm in the Southeast

The company has a proven system in place and offers ongoing training and support to its franchisees. This makes it an attractive option for those looking to start their own business in the healthcare recruiting industry.

The Opportunity

At HealthPlus, top performers can earn the right to own their own HealthPlus franchise and territory. This means they can transition from being a recruiter to becoming a true business owner.

The Role & Core Duties

  • Handle client development and provider recruiting

  • High-volume outbound; expect a lot of cold calls and outreach to potential clients

  • Candidate pipeline management; source, cold call, screen, qualify, and vet candidates for HealthPlus opportunities

  • Lifecycle ownership; run intake, sourcing, submittals, interview prep, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up

  • Book management; build and manage your niche market, maintain a clean CRM, forecast your pipeline, and hit activity/output targets

  • Professional standards; partner with operations on credentialing/compliance and uphold HealthPlus process quality

Why It's Different

  • Performance-based path to ownership (not about buy-ins or family money)

  • No prior business experience required—we franchise so the blueprint is built for you

  • Ongoing training, support, and systems—you're not alone

  • A true "business in a box," not a risky startup or overpriced mentorship program

Who We're Looking For

This is not for everyone. We're looking for hungry and relentless individuals who want more than a paycheck; people who are building something real and have their household on board. Independent and accountable individuals who think beyond recruiting and have the managerial spirit to run a business. Serious about ownership and willing to put in the hard work required to achieve their goals.

Why You Should Apply

If you've ever dreamed of owning a business but thought you couldn't afford it, this is your shot. No one in healthcare recruiting has ever opened this door before.
