This individual will support the Chief People Officer and their organization to develop company-wide employee communications–whether that's through enterprise-wide communications channels and engagement campaigns, event experiences, or creative ways to bring to life stories about Procore’s people, culture, and priorities.</p><p>As a successful <strong>Employee Communications Manager</strong>, you must bring experience communicating within a public company and expertise in crafting compelling messaging for global audiences at scale, no matter the topic. You will join a team navigating a fast-paced environment where your passion for using communications to engage and inspire employees will support the growth of Procore’s business. </p><p>This role reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications and can work remotely from any US location. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support Employee Communications on behalf of Procore’s People organization.</p></li><li><p>Manage internal communications channels, inclusive of developing the content, as well as planning the sequencing and timing for its release.</p></li><li><p>Support Procore’s quarterly global town hall meetings and other large employee events and experiences.</p></li><li><p>Create ideas and stories to inspire Procore’s employees, reinforcing how our individuals support Procore’s business priorities and strategies.</p></li><li><p>Creatively use different communication formats such as live events, videos, emails to most effectively engage with employees.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies using AI-powered analytics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.</p></li><li><p>Stay informed about industry trends, AI adoption and developments to provide strategic communication advice to Procore’s People organization.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>8+ years of experience in Employee Communications, Executive Communications, or a related role.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience writing communications in support of Chief People Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer</p></li><li><p>Background in technology communications.</p></li><li><p>Experience leveraging and applying AI for communications.</p></li><li><p>Excellent writing and editing skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of communication strategies and tactics.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively and build trust with senior leaders.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and project management skills.</p></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
