Job Overview: As a Remote (Work From Home) CSR, you'll provide crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers. Your role involves assisting with eligibility, enrollment for Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange. You'll use the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver top-notch service to Maryland consumers.

Requirements:
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): Must have your own computer
