The successful applicant will be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and have a knack for explaining technical information in a way that is easy to understand. The Technical Support Representative is a key member of our team and will be responsible for providing technical assistance for our customers.Required Qualifications:-At least one year of experience providing technical support-Proficiency with computers and software applications, including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner-Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a positive customer experience-Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or other channels. Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and in a timely manner. Troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions in a clear and concise manner. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their inquiries. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience. Utilize Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android systems to troubleshoot customer issues. Document customer inquiries and resolutions in the ticketing system. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on customer systems. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and new product features.
