Remote Ford Wholesale Parts Salesperson<br><br>Location: Remote (U.S. Based)<br><br>Fuller Ford is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Wholesale Parts Salesperson to join our expanding parts team. This role focuses on serving our growing collision and wholesale customer base across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, deeply knowledgeable in collision parts ordering platforms, and passionate about providing best-in-class service to our customers.<br><br>Key Responsibilities: - Manage wholesale collision and mechanical accounts remotely via phone, email, and digital ordering platforms - Accurately quote, source, and process orders for Ford OEM parts - Maintain daily communication with customers, following up on backorders and ensuring fulfillment expectations are met - Identify opportunities to grow sales volume through superior customer service and timely support - Collaborate with dispatch, inventory, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience working with collision parts ordering platforms, including: - CollisionLink - CCC - PartsTrader - OPSTRAX - Strong understanding of Ford OEM parts and collision repair industry - Proficiency with CDK DMS preferred - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment - Highly organized and detail-oriented<br><br>Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is 100% performance-based bonus, ranging from $75,000 to $160,000 annually depending on sales performance - Industry-leading 401(k) match: 25% employer match starting the first quarter after 90 days of employment, up to the legal dollar limit - 50% employer match after 10 years of service, also up to the legal dollar limit<br><br>Why Join Us: Fuller Ford is a leading Ford parts wholesaler with a reputation for service, speed, and reliability.
