Responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with corporations, non-profits and community organizations. Partners of BJ’s are able to offer a discounted BJ’s membership to their employees/community at no cost to their organization.  This remote position will be responsible for meeting and exceeding goals for new membership enrollments, which are achieved through building strong partnerships.  Superb relationship building and ‘closing’ skills are crucial to success. Membership Sales Representatives must adhere to BJ’s code of conduct and sales policies.</p><p></p><p><b>Job description Requirements</b> –</p><ul><li>Must be an organized self-starter and self-motivator</li><li>Strong B2B communication experience and time management</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li><li>Approximately 50% travel</li><li>Must be located within BJ's Wholesale Club geographical footprint</li><li>Prospecting sales experience in a customer-service oriented business preferred</li><li>Strong closing and relationship building skills</li><li>Strong relationship building and account management of an inherited portfolio of partners</li><li>Base salary plus generous commission structure</li></ul><p></p><p>In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $16-$20 per hour depending on experience with additional commission opportunities.</p>
