To support the needs of a rapidly growing organization, Skai is looking for individuals who are passionate about products to join our growing team and help craft the future of online marketing.</p><p><b>What’s the job?</b></p><ul><li>As a Product Manager at Skai, You’ll join the Retail Media team at Skai and take a leading role in shaping and driving the development of our Retail Media advertising platform.</li><li>As part of your role, you will study market needs and trends across the industry and serve as the customer\'s voice to represent their needs, processes, and required solutions inside the company; as well as crafting innovative, smart and useful solutions.</li><li>You will be building your industry expertise, working with leading brands and agencies, partners, customer success, and sales teams, driving new capabilities and innovations, basing the future of our products on this experience.</li><li>Day to day work involves close collaboration with Product Management colleagues, UX/UI experts, and R&D counterparts to define the backlog and functional specifications</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Must-have: Deep experience and expertise in Retail media paid advertising (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, Instacart, etc.)</li><li>Experience as a Product Manager is a strong advantage, but not mandatory. We welcome candidates from adjacent roles (e.g. customer success, solutions engineering, strategy, or marketing) who demonstrate strong product thinking and a track record of translating client needs into impactful solutions.</li><li>Proven ability to synthesize market trends, client feedback, and performance data to define product opportunities.</li><li>Strong presentation skills with experience engaging clients and gathering market insights.</li><li>Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with remote or overseas teams.</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and represent the product team in high-level internal and external conversations.</li><li>Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for building innovative marketing technology solutions.</li></ul><p>The salary range for this position is $140,000-$150,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
