In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are visually appealing and effectively merchandised to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. Develop and maintain visually appealing and effective planograms for all H-E-B stores. Collaborate with store managers and visual merchandisers to ensure consistent and on-brand merchandising across all stores. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure planograms are properly executed and merchandise is displayed according to company standards. Monitor sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on merchandising strategies. Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and secure the best deals for the company. Train and mentor store associates on proper merchandising techniques and standards. Oversee inventory management to ensure products are in stock and displayed appropriately. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandising decisions. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure merchandising plans are executed in a timely and efficient manner. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for adjustments to planograms to improve sales and customer experience. Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandising. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure promotional and seasonal displays are executed effectively. Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to product availability, product placement, or planogram execution. Assist in the development and implementation of new merchandising initiatives.
