About the position

Deloitte Consulting LLP is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive SAP software advisory and implementation services. This role focuses on helping companies unlock the value of their technology investments through comprehensive solutions. The consultant will work on improving business scalability, removing performance barriers, enabling innovation, and modernizing core systems with SAP digital solutions. Responsibilities include setting engagement objectives, developing work plans, performing assessments of existing systems, and providing analytical support to enhance decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock technology investments.
  • Improve business scalability and remove performance barriers using SAP digital solutions.
  • Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope.
  • Develop work plans for components of engagements and coordinate activities between workstreams.
  • Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current capabilities.
  • Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals.
  • Utilize data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
  • 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing large-scale data ecosystems, including data management and governance using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAC, Tableau, and MS Power BI.
  • Experience in creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases using SAP technologies and Agile methodology.
  • Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions using SAP technologies.
  • Experience in building and configuring interfaces to integrate SAP modules with third-party systems.
  • Experience in driving requirements gathering, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment using SAP technologies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions using SAP technologies and Agile methodology.
