Manage and maintain accurate records of all bank accounts and cash flow for Koch Industries. Monitor and review daily bank account activity and reconcile any discrepancies. Execute wire transfers and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper cash management and forecasting. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and manage cash balances to optimize investment opportunities. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management to aid in decision-making. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in treasury management. Serve as a subject matter expert on all bank account management and cash flow related matters. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to treasury operations. Provide support for special projects and initiatives, as needed. Mentor and train junior team members on treasury operations and procedures.
