Replicon Functional Consultant - Mexico (Remote)

We're looking for a Functional Consultant with technical skills to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Experience with Replicon is highly preferred, along with a strong background in Workforce Management, both functional and technical. This role blends business consulting with hands-on work in configuration, integrations, and reporting.

What You Will Do:

  • Gather requirements and map business processes to Replicon/WFM/HCM systems.
  • Configure Replicon modules (Time Tracking, Project & Billing, Expense, TimeOff).
  • Build reports, support integrations (ERP, Payroll, HRIS), and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of product updates.

 

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • 3+ years in a Functional/Technical Consultant role with WFM/HCM platforms.
  • Replicon experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of time, expense, payroll, and workforce processes.
  • Technical skills with SQL, APIs/web services, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Authorized to work in Mexico.
