AVAILABLE POSITION: Loan Processor - Lead (Paid) | Wichita, KS (Preference In-Person, Hybrid Eligible)
COMPENSATION: $50,000 to $85,000 total compensation depending on experience (salary plus bonus)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Providing elite service to internal and external clients.
  • Communicating with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message.
  • Learning investor guidelines, lending policies, and the required documentation, policy, and procedures of the business.
  • Applying knowledge and judgment to proactively anticipate needs of the lender, clients, and real estate transaction parties.
  • Developing strong computer skills, including the extensive use of web-based applications.
  • Managing multiple priorities while building rapport with clients.
  • Coordinating client updates with respective client loan officers.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Must Have Qualifications:
  • The desire to serve military members.
  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Mortgage or Client Service Industry.
  • Work experience with using complex logic and problem solving skills.
  • Above-average ability to work with numbers and basic finance calculations.
  • Advanced computer experience - ability to multitask on dual monitors.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to take accountability for actions.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
  • Military experience (or knowing someone close who served).
  • Bachelor's degree with 3.0+ GPA.
  • Handling escalated client service situations over the phone.
