Job Description:

    CourseCareers is an online education company that provides students with an affordable way to start careers with no previous experience or a degree required. We're on a mission to replace the outdated college system and unlock human potential.To accomplish this, we need to educate the world about there being a better path to getting educated and starting a high-paying career.We're looking for a YouTube Producer who can manage the production of 100 high-quality, educational talking-head videos per month.This is a remote full-time position with a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on video performance.Most videos will be 7-15 minutes long with a single camera angle and scene.You'll be in charge of the entire production of 100 YouTube videos per month, working with 10 creators, hiring and managing scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and editors, and managing production schedule to publish all videos per month.

Requirements:

    1+ year of previous experience as a producer or editor in charge of creating high-quality educational talking head videos. Please do not apply without this experience.Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, current trends, titles, thumbnails, and editsExtremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to scriptwrite utilizing AI and manage the content creation processVery detailed and process-oriented to be able to manage this complex 100+ video/month operationDesire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environmentMust be able to work 40+ hours per week

Benefits:
