Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of workflow design to create customized solutions for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions. Conduct research and stay updated on latest trends and developments in workflow design to continuously improve our solutions. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflow design. Communicate and present solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. Provide guidance and support to team members on workflow design best practices. Generate reports and documentation to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Assist in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and participating in client meetings and presentations. Collaborate with product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the ServiceNow platform. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency. Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to workflow design.
