Join a mission-driven virtual clinic redefining care for patients with complex chronic conditions such as Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, and Lyme disease. We’re seeking an experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP, ARNP, or APRN) to deliver high-empathy, high-quality virtual care while shaping the future of chronic care medicine.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and structured follow-ups for complex patients
  • Develop and coordinate personalized care plans using AI-supported tools
  • Collaborate directly with a national expert in complex illness (Dr. Kaufman)
  • Contribute to improving workflows, documentation, and best practices


Schedule & Pay:

  • Five 4-hour shifts weekly (flexible scheduling)
  • Hourly equivalent: $60k–$75k annually (part-time base)
  • Remote, with growth opportunity into full-time as clinic expands


Qualifications:

  • Active NP license (WA, CO, or AZ preferred; others encouraged to apply)
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • Deep empathy and curiosity for chronic, multi-system conditions
  • Strong communication and telehealth skills
  • Experience with Long COVID, ME/CFS, or digital health is a plus
