About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Web Developer - Documentum. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City.

The Web Developer - Documentum is responsible for managing application development, configuration, testing, and deployment and provide technical support and maintenance for Documentum – D2 applications. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and application vendors to address application issues and implement updates or patches.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage the entire Documentum – D2 application lifecycle, including from installation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.

  • Provide technical support for complex issues, monitor system performance, and ensure the availability and reliability of Documentum – D2 applications.

  • Collaborate with both business and development teams to tackle issues and build strong relationships with software vendors to ensure timely support for updates and patches.

  • Provide training sessions to Documentum – D2 end-users on to effectively align application changes and processes. Create materials and documentation for team members and relevant stakeholders.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver innovative support solutions.

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Documentum D2 Configuration development and D2 administration.

  • Write custom Java codes utilizing Documentum SDK – DFC.

  • Write performant Documentum Query Language queries to manipulate Documentum objects including the use of Documentum API.

  • Proficient in database management and query languages like DQL.

  • Experience in user access management, modern application security protocols, and implementing best practices in application support.

  • Knowledgeable in software testing methodologies and proficient in applying various levels of testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Knowledgeable in utilizing RESTful APIs. 

  • Excellent business analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being customer service oriented.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of scripting languages specifically DQL

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
