<strong>Summary: </strong>The Picker will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties. This may include picking, checking, packaging, and restocking of merchandise with proper warehouse industrial equipment.<br><br><strong>Work Hours: </strong>Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM<br><br><strong>Seniority Level: </strong>Entry Level<br><br><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full-time<br><br><strong>Compensation: </strong>This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $19 to $21 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $55,000 and $70,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.<br><br><strong>To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Responsible for picking, packaging, checking merchandise, put-away, and loading pallets.</li><li>Operate industrial warehouse equipment such as: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-down or Stand-up Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, and other equipment as assigned.</li><li>Restock items and conduct inventory.</li><li>Repackage and re-palletize the tile product on the ground or in the racks.</li><li>Complete daily equipment checklist prior to operating any industrial lifts.</li><li>Perform additional duties as required and or requested.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Two (2) plus years of experience in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Industrial Warehouse Equipment experience preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of using a computer or tablet is a plus.<br><br></li></ul><strong>This Role Has The Following Physical Demands<br><br></strong><ul><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
