Warehouse Night Shift Associate Positions are available for Distribution Center in Medley, Florida - (Medley is located to the west of Hialeah, and North of Doral).

Job Type:

Full Time


Work Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday, from 6:30 pm until the job is completed.

Job Description:

As an order selector, you will have the task of selecting products from their assigned bin locations to fulfill orders for our customers.


Duties:

  • Perform duties of a selector by being able to operate: Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Turret Tilt Trucks - training will be available.
  • Manually be able to lift pallets to move into place for order selection.
  • Select products from their bin locations accurately, timely, efficiently to fulfill customer orders.
  • Wrapping the pallets and delivering them to the loading area.
  • Comply with safety protocol always.
  • Warehouse Associate will adhere to all AFP safety standards.
  • As an integral part of the AFP team, you will be responsible for meeting both individual and team productivity requirements.
  • Maintain neat and clean work areas.
  • Operate all equipment carefully.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned.


Preferred Competencies and other skills:

  • Decision-Making Ability
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Past experience working in night shift is highly preferable

Physical Requirements for selector positions:

  • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, reaching, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting arms, and other active movements.
  • Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 Ibs.
  • Must not be afraid of heights.
