Job Summary

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage and process excess printer part returns in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will use an RF scanner to identify and process returned items efficiently and accurately. When return volume is light, you may assist in picking and loading areas within the warehouse.

This is a hands-on, active role that requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. Paid breaks are provided every 2 hours, and there is a 30-minute unpaid lunch after 4 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage returned printer parts using an RF scanner.
  • Assist in warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading, and unloading.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations (training provided).
  • Handle warehouse equipment valued up to $150,000 responsibly.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as set by supervisors or team leads.
  • Work efficiently to meet departmental and operational goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, or 1 year with our company.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 75 lbs).
  • Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a team player with a positive and reliable work ethic.
