Together, we're shaping a healthier, more engaged future.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><strong>Who are you?</strong><br><br>In the role of Vice President, Strategic Development, your primary responsibility is to deliver annual retention and revenue growth by effective management of your team of Strategic Account Executives. Your Commercial responsibilities include renewal of existing contracts, expansion of additional populations/products/services, and overall performance review/outcome accountability. The portfolio is focused on strategic and regional TPA client(s). Annual goals determined by Personify Health Leadership.<br><br><strong>In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: </strong><br><ul><li>Serving as a member of the Client Growth Leadership Team to develop and instill consistent standards of excellence while guiding and sustaining a diverse, high-performing team.</li><li>Represent Personify Health and Commercial Leadership as needed in thought leadership presentations, industry conferences and client events.</li><li>Provide meaningful insights and leading indicators of revenue growth and risk to leadership and internal stakeholders through diligent, accurate pipeline management and oversight of client revenue, opportunities, retention risk and trending for your book of business</li><li>Provide thoughtful feedback, development opportunities, recognition and ongoing direction to your team through consistent, well-prepared team meetings, 1:1's and timely reviews</li><li>Work cross-functionally to improve our processes and products and provide recognition to those supporting the success of our team</li><li>Leading and guiding by example; setting high standards, providing meaningful coaching and supporting cross functionally along with ongoing feedback, model diligent preparation, consistent delivery and continuous improvement across all cross-functional accountable actions. SAE accountable actions as follows:</li><li>Building rapport and establishing credibility with account stakeholders at all levels of the organization through consistent executive presence, depth of domain knowledge, and diligent preparation.</li><li>Proactively identifying and understanding client objectives, challenges and leadership priorities; instilling confidence in regulatory issues that affect benefit plans; and uncovering barriers and developing actionable, client specific strategic plans to support and maximize client satisfaction, success and ROI.</li><li>Ownership of reliable revenue, expansion and clinical outcome targets that translate your deep relationships into material value. </li><li>Supporting positive client satisfaction and providing oversight for any proactive action plans required to maintain positive relationship and secure referenceable client(s).</li><li>Development and delivery of presentations supporting primary responsibilities; business reviews including deriving insights from data and helping clients plan future direction with insights into their health costs and procedural cost experience, executive reporting and strategic planning, product capability and roadmap overviews, research and thought-leadership presentations.</li><li>Monitoring and confirming all client contractual obligations are being met and communicating any contractual risks to appropriate Personify Health leadership.</li></ul><br>You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><strong>What you bring to the Personify Health team:</strong><br><br><strong>In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>15+ years experience in population health, health plan or health system growth, or related field; Sales and/or Account Management, along with health care and/or data-analytics experience required</li><li>TPA or health plan experience </li><li>Solid understanding of employee benefits and managed care products, self-funded business and the labor community, pharmacy and stop loss underwriting and pricing disciplines.</li><li>5+ years of leading and developing teams in a matrix organization, without authority.</li><li>Proven expertise in account service/consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, procedures, and administration</li><li>Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce</li></ul><br><strong>You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Strong Business Acumen</strong>: Knows how businesses work; knowledgeable in current and possible future practices, trends, benchmarks, and information affecting portfolio business and organization and can translate that to the client's business. Understands the challenges faced by clients so solutions can be positioned in a compelling and effective way. </li><li><strong>Organizational agility</strong>: Knowledgeable about how organizations work; knows how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network. Understands the origin and reasoning behind key policies, practices, and procedures; understands the cultures of organizations. Relates well to people and can effectively navigate through an organization.</li><li><strong>Health Domain Knowledge</strong>: Demonstrates a knowledge of the US and/or Global healthcare ecosystem and employer sponsored coverages.
