ECCO Group USA is hiring for their Verizon FIOS Home Services Program. Are you interested in a remote work from home position with a reputable company? In this role, you will contact customers who are eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services and establish new customer accounts for TV and Internet services. ECCO Group offers Work from Home schedules, if you qualify, with paid comprehensive 5-dayremote training. ECCO Group USA offers hourly pay plus commission paid out weekly. Paid training starts Wednesday, 9/3/2025 Paid orientation is Tuesday 9/2/2025 Full Time Schedule: • Training hours are 11am-5pm EST • Schedule is 10:30am-7pm EST for weekday hours | Saturday hours are 930a-6pm EST | 1 Weekday and Sunday off • Orientation is for 1 hour on 9/2 at 11am EST • Hourly pay starts at $11/hr. plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance. • Must be cleared by IT and install our required programming on your PC during our system setup session. Required Qualifications: • 1 year of sales experience-mandatory • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications • Comfortable relating to customers and offering solutions with ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner • Self-directed with analytical skills • Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Home services experience – sales • Strong sales skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism • Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces/browsers/systems competently • Call Center Sales experience or Outside Sales experience a plus!
