About the Role:We are looking for a TikTok Content Operations Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving TikTok-native commerce growth through high-performing video content. You’ll work at the intersection of content strategy, creator collaboration, and video production to deliver scroll-stopping, sales-driving content for TikTok Shop and affiliate campaigns.This is a high-impact, creative role for someone who lives and breathes TikTok trends, understands what makes a video go viral, and knows how to turn views into conversions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Scriptwriting & Content Strategy:

Develop high-converting, viral-ready scripts for TikTok e-commerce videos based on trending formats, product USPs, and audience behavior.

  • Outsourced Production Management:

Brief and manage external video production teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, platform trends, and performance goals.

  • Creator Video Optimization:

Partner with the Business Development (BD) team to analyze top-performing creator videos, deconstruct their success, and optimize scripts for scale and conversion.

  • Paid Creator Script Oversight:

Review and approve scripts from paid creators to ensure brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and TikTok-native storytelling.

  • Trend Monitoring & Competitive Analysis:

Continuously monitor TikTok for viral trends, successful带货 videos, and emerging creators. Translate insights into actionable content strategies.

  • Performance Feedback Loop:

Collaborate with data and growth teams to track content performance and iterate on scripts, formats, and creative direction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating viral TikTok content, especially in the e-commerce / product sales space.
  • Ability to provide a portfolio of successful TikTok videos (with metrics) that you scripted or contributed to.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s U.S. content ecosystem, including trends, sounds, creators, and audience behavior.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write in a TikTok-native voice—casual, engaging, and persuasive.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or UGC teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or social commerce is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other video editing tools.
  • Background in DTC brands, performance marketing, or creator economy.
