Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review user-generated content (videos, comments, livestreams, profiles) submitted to the TikTok platform against established community guidelines and policies.
  • Accurately identify and categorize content that violates policies, including but not limited to hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, harassment, and illegal activities.
  • Take appropriate action on violating content, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or escalating complex cases to specialized teams.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in content review, consistently meeting individual and team performance targets.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate feedback on content decisions for internal records and potential user appeals.
  • Stay informed on policy updates, evolving online trends, and potential threats to user safety and platform integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance content moderation processes and tools.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and share insights to improve overall content safety strategies.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail
