Description:

The Tag & Title Associate ensures timely processing of paperwork related to the sale of a vehicle. While not necessarily customer facing, they play a crucial role in the customer sales experience at Hennessy.

What you'll do:

  • Process tag & title work for all new, used & wholesale vehicles timely and accurately for both GA and out of state.
  • Contact DMV and tag office as needed.
  • Collect any missing documents and/or outstanding balance due from a customer.
  • Maintain a system for all MSO’s and titles and audit monthly.
  • Order duplicate titles and forms as needed.
  • Process Title corrections on sold customer vehicles.
  • Respond and resolve tag and title related helpdesk items.
  • Validate and log documents for dealerships for completed deals.
  • Remit payment to lenders for trade in and purchased vehicles.
  • Complete assignments and scan title documents.
  • Work closely with finance team to ensure all paperwork is up to date.
  • Stay up to date on all tag & title regulations.
  • Process wholesale purchases and sales & follow through with payment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

What we expect:

  • At least 1 year of prior tag & title experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy & ability to learn company software.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Notary is a plus.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
  • Maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean MVR.
  • Submit to a background and drug screen.
