You will be rewarded for your passion and your achievements.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The Senior Project Manager, Litigation Operations, is a critical part of the Litigation Operations team and its work to deliver operational support to the broader Litigation & Employment team, composed of nearly 150 attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals. Litigation Operations administers the legal matter management system of record and its sensitive data; conducts legal and budgetary data analysis and prepares business critical insights for a range of stakeholders; coordinates various reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders including Capital One’s Board of Directors and federal regulators; and ensures effective process governance measures and controls are in place team-wide.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>The Senior Project Manager, Litigation Operations will:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Be an analytical and agile teammate and proactive problem solver, eager to develop new skills and knowledge while partnering effectively with cross-functional colleagues</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bring an innovative mindset to their work, proactively identifying optimization opportunities in existing processes and proposing new ones</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze legal and budgetary data, communicating practical business insights to leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare and communicate analysis and process recommendations to various stakeholders </span></p></li><li><p><span>Bring a partnership and consultative mindset to interactions with attorneys and paralegals in the management of legal matters in the system of record</span></p></li><li><p><span>Independently manage various cross-functional projects, effectively scoping, planning, and prioritizing work</span></p></li><li><p><span>Blend strategic and tactical thinking in analyzing data, assessing existing or new processes, and communicating findings and recommendations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to cross-functional teams in the delivery of certain reporting deliverables, process improvements, and modernization efforts</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or Process Management </span></p></li><li><p><span>At least 1 year of experience with data analysis </span></p></li><li><p><span>At least 1 year of experience with GSuite products or Microsoft Office products</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>2+ years of experience in Process or Project Management </span></p></li><li><p><span>2+  years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency</span></p></li><li><p><span>2+ years of experience analyzing data sets, 2+ years of experience preparing data visualizations/presentations, and 2+ years of experience communicating insights to stakeholders</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.</b></b></p><p></p><p><b><b>This role is hybrid meaning associates spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting.
