**Job Title: Dayforce Sr. Dayforce Integration Consultant**

Senior Integration Lead – Dayforce
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Job Type: Contractor or Full-Time

Adaptalytics is seeking a Senior Integration Lead with deep experience in Dayforce implementations and third-party system integrations. This individual will play a critical leadership role in designing, managing, and delivering integrations between Dayforce and various external systems, including HCM, Payroll, ERP, Finance, and Benefits platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end integration efforts for Dayforce implementations, including both inbound and outbound data flows.
Act as the primary integration architect and subject matter expert across multiple engagements.
Partner with internal teams and client IT stakeholders to define and document technical integration requirements and use cases.
Build, review, and oversee integration design specifications, data mapping, and transformation logic.
Coordinate and validate integration testing, including unit, system, and UAT phases.
Support data migration and historical data loads for legacy system transitions.
Develop and enforce best practices around API usage, SFTP, flat-file exchange, and integration error handling.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance and mentorship to internal consultants and junior integration staff.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of Dayforce implementation experience, with a strong focus on technical and integration workstreams.
Demonstrated success delivering Dayforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, Finance, Benefits, ATS, Timekeeping, Payroll).
Hands-on experience with APIs, Web Services, Flat Files, SFTP, XML/JSON, and other integration tools or formats.
Strong grasp of data architecture, mapping logic, and transformation rules.
Comfortable leading client-facing discussions, technical workshops, and executive-level presentations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce Integration Studio and Integration APIs is a strong plus.
