For Gen Z creators who believe TikTok and Instagram can do more than entertain—they can heal.

Part-time · Fully Remote · Ideal for students & recent grads who care about mental health

The Opportunity

Serenity is a next-generation wellness app designed by students, for students—helping them build emotional resilience, focus, and balance in a chaotic world.

We’re looking for a social media-savvy intern who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram—and knows how to make content that actually helps people feel better, not just scroll faster. If you’ve got a knack for storytelling, an eye for trends with heart, and a genuine passion for mental wellness, this could be your home base.

What You’ll Do

  • Create meaningful content — videos, stories, and posts that help students feel less alone
  • Spot trends with purpose — not just chasing virality, but making wellness resonate
  • Grow a compassionate community — spark conversations around mental health, not just likes
  • Learn by doing — gain real-world experience in content strategy, storytelling, and brand growth

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are active on TikTok and Instagram—and know what Gen Z actually wants to see
  • Think deeply about social media—you post with intention and care about what moves people
  • Have a creative eye—editing, design, writing… whatever your style, you know how to tell a story
  • Understand wellness trends—and what can actually help your generation
  • Have built a following before—even a small one. (1K+ is great, but your heart matters more than your stats)
  • Want to make an impact—this isn’t just a resume line; you want to change how people feel

Bonus: You’ve created something that sparked real conversation—not just views.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Your work will matter—your content will reach students who truly need support
  • Flexible and remote—work when and where you feel most creative
  • Mentorship, not micromanagement—learn from experienced guides, not taskmasters
  • Room to grow—top performers may be invited into long-term roles

How to Apply

We’re not just hiring content creators—we’re looking for emotionally aware thinkers with a real creative voice.

To apply, please submit:

1. Your resume (we care more about your passions than your bullet points)

2. Links to 2–3 pieces of content you’re proud of—anything that shows your creativity and intent

3. A short note (1–2 paragraphs) answering:

  • What’s one mental health topic Gen Z needs more of—and how would you make it engaging?
  • Why does this opportunity speak to you personally?

Applications missing any of these won’t be reviewed.

Final Thought

If you’ve ever looked at social media and thought,

“There’s got to be more than this…”

You’re not just imagining it—there IS more. And YOU might be the one to help bring it to life.

We’re building Serenity with heart, not hype. This is about real connection, real impact, and working with people who care deeply and move boldly.

We’re building a small team of creators who don’t wait for permission—who feel the call to do something that matters and follow it.

If something in your heart—or your gut—is saying “this feels right”

Lean in. Apply. Let’s build something that actually makes a difference.
