Job Description:


We are seeking a creative and resourceful Social Media Intern focused around Content Creation to help build and grow faceless YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts that align with Tamara Nall's mission and vision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves digital storytelling, understands social media trends, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.


Responsibilities:


Account Setup & Management:

- Assist in setting up faceless YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, ensuring branding and optimization for growth.

- Research and implement strategies for content monetization and audience engagement.

- Set up tracking systems for analytics and performance reporting.


Content Creation:

- Create and edit engaging, high-quality faceless videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

- Develop content ideas based on market research, trending topics, and audience interests.

- Use stock footage, animations, voiceovers, or text-based storytelling to produce captivating faceless content.


Social Media Strategy:

- Collaborate on a content calendar and posting schedule for consistent audience engagement.

- Identify trending hashtags, challenges, and formats to maximize reach and visibility.

- Monitor and respond to comments and interactions to build a loyal community.


Performance Tracking & Optimization:

- Analyze video and social media metrics, preparing reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Experiment with different content formats and posting strategies to determine what drives growth.


Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.

- Brainstorm innovative ideas to create viral content and grow account followings.

- Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and their algorithms.

- Knowledge of faceless content creation strategies, including stock footage and voiceover techniques, is a plus.

- Strong creative and analytical skills with an ability to think outside the box.

- Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.

- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship.

Salary Description
