Track inventory levels across hundreds of SKUs and implement systems to ensure availability and accuracy.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Negotiate with Vendors and Drive Cost-Saving Initiatives Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for shipping, materials, and supplies. Continuously evaluate for efficiency and cost reduction.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead Returns and Re-Inventory Processes Design and manage workflows for receiving and restocking returned event materials. Conduct quality checks and maintain detailed records of damage, loss, and replenishment needs.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Hire, Train, and Manage Warehouse & Shipping Support Staff Build and manage a team of full-time and contract workers to support warehouse operations. Provide training, schedule labor around seasonal peaks, and enforce accountability.</li></ul>Must-Haves in a Candidate<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing shipping, logistics, warehouse, or inventory forecasting or demand planning.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Leadership: Background in building scalable logistics processes and managing people</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Operational Agility: Skilled at managing complex logistics under tight deadlines</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Hands-On: Physically capable of lifting and moving event materials (up to 50 lbs)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Logistics Strategy: Experience with carrier optimization & communication, and rate negotiation</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and shipping & inventory tools (ex, ShipStation, NetSuite, Sortly, or Fishbowl). </li></ul>Nice-to-Haves in a Candidate<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Incredible, some might say ‘over-the-top’, organizational skills</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with Warehouse Layout Design or Space Planning</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Background in Event or Seasonal Shipping Operations</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Self-motivation and grind to get shit done </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Problem-solving on the fly and remotely</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with EOS/Traction is a plus</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with Slack and Asana systems is also a plus</li></ul> Work EligibilityApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
