If so, and if you are passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience, join our team!<br><br>Recruiting for this role ends on 16th Nov 2025<br><br><strong>Work you'll do.<br><br></strong>Working directly with Deloitte professionals, Ambassadors provide an array of hospitality-related and other services supporting meetings and events and the daily work environment while maintaining an understanding of Deloitte's business to optimize and customize the support they provide.<br><br>As an Ambassador at Deloitte, your responsibilities will include:<br><br><ul><li>Serving as primary customer support assisting or facilitating requests which may include facility/housekeeping issues, kitchen/pantry management, A/V troubleshooting, administrative tasks, and other office services/daily in-office support needs.</li><li>Supporting day-of execution for meetings and events including coordination with team/vendors, last-minute logistical needs, ensuring effective set-up/execution of the event, and providing course correcting instructions/directions (e.g., to vendors), when needed</li><li>Maximizing work and meeting space utilization by supporting the reservation and meeting space management process working with customers and the team to effectively use office space, including addressing space conflicts and negotiating space needs.</li><li>Managing and fostering relationships with customers, teams, vendors, and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement with the purpose of delivering a "best in class" experience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>The team<br><br></strong>At Deloitte, the internal operations team (known as the "One Team") provides a full range of hospitality and business services. We help our Deloitte professionals with daily office support needs, meeting and event planning and execution, and an array of other services related to office operations and facility management. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and skills to think proactively to provide a holistic customer-centric "experience" for our Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Required:<br><br><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of related hospitality or office support experience in a corporate, hospitality, service-oriented, or customer-centric environment</li><li>High school diploma</li><li>Ability to work occasional overtime.</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.<br><br></li></ul><strong> An Ideal Candidate Will Possess </strong> :<br><br><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills</li><li>Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.</li><li>Associate/bachelor's degree</li><li>Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Hospitality/corporate background with a focus on meetings and events<br><br></li></ul>For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York state , Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
