As a Level 4 Juniper Route/Switch, WAN Edge, Wireless, and MIST Solutioning Engineer, you will: - Design, implement, and manage advanced network solutions focused on Juniper technologies (route/switch, WAN edge, wireless, MIST, SDWAN, SSR). - Lead design and delivery projects, working closely with clients to meet complex requirements. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring high-quality work and continuous improvement. - Provide architectural guidance and consulting on best practices for network design and implementation. - Conduct hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of Juniper network components. - Write reports, proposals, and maintain project documentation. - Engage with vendors for priority escalations and troubleshooting. - Take ownership of relevant technologies and lead by example in project execution. What Do We Expect From You? - Advanced/Fluent English – daily contact with the US is required. - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or related field. - Professional certification in Juniper technologies (JNCIE, JNCIP, etc.). - Knowledge of Cisco technologies and certifications (CCNP, CCIE, etc.). - Minimum 10 years of network engineering experience, with at least 7–10 years leading design and delivery for professional services. - Strong consulting, communication, and client engagement skills. - Ability to coach and mentor team members. - Extended experience in Juniper SDWAN and SSR technologies. - Excellent troubleshooting and report writing abilities.
