You will play a vital role in shaping and executing impactful, high-level changes across the healthcare landscape, working alongside some of the industry’s most respected thought leaders, including former NHS executives and top consultants with extensive experience in healthcare innovation.</p> <p>As part of our collaborative team, you will partner with leading healthcare institutions to address today’s most pressing health and wellbeing challenges. In this strategic role, your insights and leadership will be crucial in crafting solutions to complex problems, delivering sustainable improvements, and advancing population health outcomes.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Leading client engagements from strategy development to end-to-end deliverable creation.</li> <li>Lead on business development activities including opportunity identification/qualification and proposal development/presentation.</li> <li>Support practice building efforts such as recruitment, mentoring and contributing to performance management and training.</li> <li>Build and sustain trusted senior client relationships in the C-suite by remaining highly attuned to client needs and styles.</li> <li>Planning and leading the delivery of quality work.</li> <li>Developing clear, persuasive, and concise documents for Executive audiences.</li> <li>Continuous Learning: proactively developing your own skills, seeking feedback, building knowledge, and sharing your insight with colleagues, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Flexible working</strong></p> <p>We embrace a hybrid working model, combining the best of remote and in-person collaboration.
