People | Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity Role and Responsibilities Role and Responsibilities The Senior Manager, B2B Integrated Offerings Builder Business Development, will be pivotal in leading cross-business initiatives and supporting the Director of B2B Integrated Offerings in pipeline management, cross-business collaboration, and incremental revenue generation. This individual will work closely with the Samsung Electronics America (SEA) Digital Appliance (DA) Builder team to find, quote, and close DA and SmartThings Pro opportunities for customers with multiple lines of other Samsung businesses. Individual will also work closely with Samsung HVAC to obtain quotes for customer opportunities. The role requires strong contract interpretation and negotiation skills, in partnership with our legal team, as well as a solid understanding of appliance product specifications and how they align with local and national building codes. Key responsibilities include: Add appliance product offerings to DA-Builder leads from other Samsung lines of business (LoB) and close opportunities to realize SEA sales revenue Collaborate with other LoBs to own full RFP process Uncover and provide leads for other Samsung LoBs resulting in incremental Samsung revenue Act as a strategic connector between the DA-Builder channel and internal stakeholders to drive sales, execution, and partner engagement Develop and maintain strong relationships with builder and construction partners. Read, interpret, and negotiate partner agreements and builder contracts in collaboration with the Samsung legal team Ensure that appliance product selections meet builder project requirements, including compliance with applicable building codes and standards Provide product guidance and specification expertise to partners during pre-sale and contract stages Track and manage leads, pipeline status, and contract progress through CRM systems and sales tools Stay current on market trends, product innovations, and builder program strategies Represent the company at industry trade shows, builder events, and customer meetings Gather voice-of-customer to identify industry needs and SEA product gaps Skills and Qualifications Skills and Qualifications Bachelors required, Masters preferred in Engineering, Business or related field 12+ years of total experience, preferably in B2B sales, strategy and/or engineering with manufacturing, electronics/tech company Engineering experience/background strongly preferred Must have demonstrated experience across key B2B and B2G (business-to-government) verticals C-level consumer-facing, negotiation and partnership-building and stakeholder management experience ‘Entrepreneurial’ mindset and ability to adapt and navigate heavily matrixed organizations to launch “never-been-done” before initiatives High degree of independence and ownership Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work-streams Technical aptitude with B2B technology and electronics solutions Advanced project management experience and goal orientation to include organizing timelines and execution of timelines #LI-RM1 Life @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/ Benefits @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/ FULLY REMOTE – CAN BE PERFORMED ANYWHERE The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
