We’re looking for an outstanding Sr AI Sales Training Specialist with deep experience in AI data center technologies, sales enablement, and NVIDIA’s AI ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be a key member of NVIDIA’s enablement team, responsible for designing and delivering high-impact workshops that empower our channel partners to sell NVIDIA’s AI Enterprise solutions. Your sessions will cover generative AI fundamentals and NVIDIA’s AI software stack, equipping partners with the technical insights and confidence needed to drive success in the rapidly evolving AI market. What You’ll Be Doing: Training Delivery: Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for NVIDIA’s customers and partners, with travel up to 80% as needed. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with NVIDIA’s sales, partner, product, and technical marketing teams to ensure partner sellers can confidently position, recommend and implement NVIDIA AI solutions. Content Development: Develop and refine sales training materials focused on NVIDIA AI and data center technologies and sales motions. Collaborate with SMEs to design courses aligned with company strategy. Partner Advocacy: Listen actively to partner feedback during workshops, translating insights into actionable improvements for future sessions. Train the Trainers: Recruit and train internal team members to deliver specific workshop modules. Instructor Support: Create delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials that ensure consistent quality across sessions. What We Need To See: BS/MS or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable depth of knowledge and background. 12+ years of field experience, including 5+ years in sales roles supporting AI-related data center technologies (e.g., storage, networking, accelerated computing). Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI. Proven success guiding customers through the buyer’s journey and recommending accelerated computing solutions. Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to make complex topics accessible to sales audiences. Demonstrated experience delivering sales training. Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English. Ability to work multi-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization. Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd: Experience in delivering and developing in-depth training for selling audiences. Familiarity with the NVIDIA Partner ecosystem, NVIDIA’s software stack, hardware platforms, and the broad range of industries and use cases NVIDIA enables. Demonstrated expertise in Sales positions Demonstrated skill in using AI tools or copilots to enhance training design and delivery A master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 270,250 USD.
