Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PepsiCo's business processes and objectives in order to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify pain points, and develop solutions that meet business needs. Utilize your technical expertise to design and build custom Salesforce solutions that optimize business processes and improve customer experience. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and deliver measurable results. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates and provide recommendations for their implementation in PepsiCo's Salesforce ecosystem. Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to implement and integrate new Salesforce solutions. Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance PepsiCo's use of Salesforce.
