  • Translate enterprise priorities into future-state operating model design choices
  • Analyze performance, structural, and financial data to identify opportunities and trade-offs
  • Distill insights into clear narratives and visual frameworks that guide executive decisions
  • Create rubrics, decision criteria, and frameworks to steer long-term evolution
  • Pressure-test model options with Finance, HR, and cross-functional partners
  • Lead alignment across multiple leadership levels — building trust, shaping buy-in, and driving clarity through influence
  • Present findings and recommendations through strategic, data-backed storytelling

Skills

  • 5+ years in organizational design, strategy, consulting, or related fields
  • 3+ Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and navigating complex decision landscapes
  • Proven experience analyzing and visualizing data and translating insights into action
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Proficiency with Excel or PowerPoint
  • Experience designing operating or organizational models for large-scale enterprises
  • Background in management consulting, organizational effectiveness, or workforce strategy
  • Retail or retail business experience — understanding of store operations, customer experience, or field leadership structures
  • Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders — from field leaders to senior executives — around complex decisions
