They are seeking a Senior UX Writer to drive content strategy for various digital experiences, ensuring effective communication of their brand's value propositions and enhancing customer engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Oura’s Commerce product and design team to ideate and create content that clearly communicates Oura’s value propositions and ultimately drives revenue
  • As the champion of copy and content strategy within the Commerce Mission, proactively recommend A/B tests, strategic refinements to existing content, and new ideas for content strategy that drive the business toward key objectives
  • Expertly manage time and priorities to deliver content drafts on deadline; work cross-functionally to ensure necessary reviews take place in order to deliver final assets on time to developers.
  • Develop, maintain, and socialize a web content style guide, in partnership with the Senior Product Design Manager and the Copy Lead
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and user research, to ensure cohesive and user-centered designs.
  • Work closely with the Copy Lead and Creative team to ensure content is a clear extension of the Oura brand’s style and tone
  • Stay at the forefront of digital content strategy to inspire and drive innovation.

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in UX Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Content Design
  • Strong expertise in user journey strategy development and integrating user research into design execution
  • Proven ability to strategically execute content strategy that meets business objectives and drives conversion
  • Excellent writing, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working within a cross-functional team, ideally at a hyper-growth company
  • Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation in UX writing, design, and e-commerce
  • Adaptability & Speed: You need to be flexible and open to shifting roles, responsibilities, and priorities.
  • Proactivity & Autonomous: Taking initiative and being self-motivated are crucial. You should be able to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them without always waiting for direction.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Taking responsibility for one’s work and outcomes, and being accountable for both successes and failures, is key in a high-growth environment.
