As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will: • Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest costs and maximum commission claimed. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via phone and email. • Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies and negotiated contracts. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients. • Meet individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity. • Manage client profiles, including special requests and reward program information. • Monitor and maintain quality control of global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily. To be successful in this role, you'll need: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 4 years of active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years. • At least 1 year of international travel experience preferred. • Corporate travel experience and proficiency in SABRE GDS required Join Us Today!
