We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Futures Support Specialist to join our operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth trade operations and customer service during off-peak hours.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries received during evening and weekend hours
  • Assist customers with account access, trade inquiries, position questions, and general support
  • Log and escalate client issues through established internal systems (Salesforce, ticketing, etc.) for follow-up
  • Monitor order flow, executions, and clearing activity for accuracy and completeness
  • Support electronic trading platforms and assist with exchange connectivity issues
  • Monitor client positions, intraday exposure, and margin utilization using internal risk systems
  • Identify and escalate potential trading anomalies, limit breaches, or system alerts to senior staff
  • Participate in overnight surveillance procedures to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies
  • Process new account documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist with internal onboarding workflows
  • Update client account information and support maintenance requests as needed
  • Monitor cash flows into books and records along with client reports
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in the futures, derivatives, or financial-services industry
  • Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives, FCM operations, or clearing processes
  • Working knowledge of risk management and trade-support systems
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
