<br><b>Job Overview:</b><br><p><strong>Relief Account Manager </strong>- <strong>Washington ,Sheboygan and Fond du lac counties</strong></p><p><strong>Hiring Immediately</strong></p><p>The Relief Account Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This person will be accountable for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handling on-premise customers.</p><p><strong>Shift and Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time</li><li>6am until work is finished</li><li>5 scheduled shifts per week, Monday to Friday (supporting weekends/holidays activity when needed)</li><li>Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed</li></ul><p>This position will cover customer store within <strong>Washington ,Sheboygan and Fond du lac counties </strong>and it will report to our main office in Pewaukee, WI</p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.</li><li>Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of sale material, beverage section revamps, and service requirements.</li><li>Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize the sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.</li><li>Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of point of sale material according to company merchandising standards.</li><li>Stock and merchandise KeurigDr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.</li><li>Assist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.</li><li>Maintain adequate amounts of back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.</li></ul><br><b>Total Rewards:</b><br><ul><li>Pay starting at $23.49per hour.</li><li>Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental and Vision, Paid Time Off, 401(k) program with employer match,Child & Elder Care, Adoption Benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Fertility Benefits, Employee Resource Groups, Breastmilk Shipping Services, Dependent Scholarship Program, Education Assistance, Employee Assistance Program, Personalized Wellness Platform and more!</li><li>Mileage Reimbursement (avg. +150 mi/wk)</li></ul><br><b>Requirements:</b><br><ul><li>1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.</li><li>Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.</li><li>Possession of a valid driver\'s license.</li><li>Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.</li><li>Proof of Vehicle Insurance</li></ul><br><b>Company Overview:</b><br><p>Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
