About the Role


The COOL company — a next-gen Supply-Side Platform (SSP) — is hiring a full-cycle Publisher Development professional to help us expand our footprint across premium web, mobile, and CTV publishers. Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for identifying high-quality partners, managing the full sales cycle, and guiding them through onboarding and monetization success.

This role gives you the chance to lead meaningful conversations with top publishers, deliver real revenue outcomes, and shape the future of publisher-side monetization.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Source and qualify publishers with strong monetization potential in Tier 1 markets

  • Lead discovery, pitch, and close conversations with key decision-makers

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and integration

  • Articulate the value of our direct demand, unique tech stack, and SSP capabilities

  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline status, partner notes, and reporting via CRM

  • Build long-term relationships focused on mutual growth and performance


Qualifications
Professional Competencies

  • 1+ years in publisher partnerships, sales, or BD within ad tech or media

  • Understanding of SSPs, header bidding, and monetization strategies

  • Confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills

  • Comfortable navigating technical discussions and collaborating with product/tech

  • Proven track record of closing and scaling publisher relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred



Software Skill Set

  • CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)

  • Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace

  • Adobe Sign (or similar for IO management)

  • Goal-oriented and adaptable in a fast-moving space

  • Must be able to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ET
