Job Summary

The Program Manager III leads the planning and delivery of technology initiatives that support Corporate Products business areas. This role ensures solutions align with strategic priorities, meet delivery commitments, follow governance standards, and deliver measurable business value through effective coordination of people, processes, and technology.

This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and execute technology solutions aligned with the strategic direction of the Corporate Products business areas
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of programs to ensure timelines, scope, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Plan and manage delivery capacity across internal teams and external partners to support successful execution.
  • Anticipate risks, constraints, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Apply and reinforce standard work management practices, including visual workflow tracking, while contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Manage capital delivery budgets for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with approved financial plans and business expectations.
  • Ensure all systems and initiatives follow software development lifecycle standards, financial compliance controls, and information security requirements.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical teams, business partners, and leadership, adjusting communication style as needed.
  • Navigate changing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining focus on outcomes and delivery commitments.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and execute technology strategies that support evolving business needs.
  • Guide solution design by partnering with internal teams and external providers to deliver scalable software and technology solutions.
  • Lead product and delivery teams to complete work within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure all required project documentation and deliverables meet governance standards at each delivery stage.
  • Lead planning and delivery activities using iterative and structured delivery approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in work management and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships by setting expectations, monitoring performance, and planning future resource needs.
  • Travel periodically as needed to support program execution.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering technology programs, projects, or product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience translating business needs into end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Strong ability to identify risks, communicate impacts, and lead mitigation efforts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex information clearly.
  • ·Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with limited oversight.
