ABOUT THE ROLE

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) aids all professional staff. Daily responsibilities include delivering direct care to patients as directed by the Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM). The CNA role maintains patient comfort and safety.

*Schedule: PRN Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm -

*Coverage area: Weber and Davis County

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • High-school diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in home care setting
  • Certified Nursing Licensure/Certification with current certification in the state of residence.
  • Must have reliable transportation, proof of current automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
  • Basic computer skills: understanding the basic notions of computer manipulation, managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases; creating presentations; finding information and communicating using email; and being aware of social and ethical implications of Internet use.
