When we follow our mission and live our values, we deliver quality solutions that will help change the health care system for the better.<br><br>The Adobe Analytics Implementation Sr. Manager is a subject matter expert on Adobe Launch Implementations and leads a team of Launch implementation engineers working on both mobile and web. This role specializes in Mobile App analytics, and guides thought leadership across the team for implementation strategies utilizing their experience in development with mobile SDKs, React Native and similar methodologies.<br><br>You will be a Launch implementation developer, working closely with the Adobe Analytics analysts, implementation architects, code developers, and ensure tagging is complete and accurate. With a focus on mobile app, you'll bring your deep expertise and aptitude to direct implementations, implement tagging strategies, and navigate complex business situations with stakeholders in Product, Development, and diverse remote teams.<br><br>You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br> <br>You will support Launch development issues and quick-turnaround bugs that arise throughout the day.<br><br><ul> <li>Develop instrumentation strategies and measurement frameworks across multiple apps and websites</li> <li>Lead digital analytics implementations by managing and prioritizing requests</li> <li>Implementation requests and ensure all have measurement standards implemented and are functioning as expected</li> <li>Deliver clear and concise data layer documentation (tech specs) to developers</li> <li>Debug/troubleshoot/resolve Adobe configuration and integration issues</li> <li>Assess, audit and identify gaps in existing tagging, infrastructure and Adobe Launch configurations</li> <li>Partner with Digital Product & IT Development Engineers on instrumentation configuration</li> <li>Support implementation architecture strategy and governance</li> </ul><br>You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.<br> <br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br><br><ul> <li>2+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics</li> <li>1+ years of experience with digital analytics implementation platforms such as: Google Tag Manager, Tealium IQ or Adobe Launch</li> <li>1+ years of experience in mobile app analytics implementations and validation (utilizing tools such as Charles Proxy, Adobe Assurance)</li> <li>Data layer expertise and experience</li> <li>Experience with quality assurance and debugging of tagging (media tags and analytics)</li> <li>Proven expertise writing analytics specific technical documentation (SDR, tech specs)</li> <li>Proven expertise leveraging Omnibug or similar web developer tools to debug Analytics Tags </li> </ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br><br><ul> <li>Experience with tagging specifications, Adobe WebSDK, CJA</li> <li>Experience facilitating collaboration and workflow among team members to drive project outcomes</li> <li>Understand and/or experience working with mobile app specific libraries, APIs and SDKs</li> <li>Proven background in development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other languages related to analytic enablement)</li> </ul><br>UnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow<br> <br>Already Fortune 4, we are totally focused on innovation and change. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment.
