Job Overview

We're looking for a confident, motivated self-starter to join our team as a POS Sales Appointment Setter. This is a field-based role focused on generating qualified leads and setting appointments with local restaurant owners in your area for our point-of-sale (POS) specialists.

You'll be our frontline prospector—stopping into restaurants, sparking conversations, identifying pain points, and scheduling follow-up demos for our closers. No hard selling required—just bring the hustle, curiosity, and confidence to start meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Visit local restaurants in person (cold or warm leads) to start conversations with owners or decision-makers.
  • Uncover challenges and potential pain points with current payment systems, POS platforms, or pricing models.
  • Set qualified appointments for our sales reps to return and demo tailored solutions.
  • Log interactions and basic notes into CRM tools for tracking and follow-up.
  • Build rapport and leave a positive first impression of our brand and service.
  • Attend weekly Zoom check-ins and trainings to improve sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing and personable, with a natural ability to strike up conversations.
  • Confident presenting yourself in person—door-to-door, retail, or hospitality experience a plus.
  • Organized and coachable, with a willingness to learn a high-value industry.
  • Must have access to transportation and a smartphone (for CRM entry, navigation, and Zoom calls).
  • No prior payments or POS experience required—we'll train the right person.

Compensation

  • $15 per hour
  • 20% of residual commissions (i.e., passive income) generated from each account your refer that signs with us
  • Weekly and monthly contests, cash incentives, and team recognition.
  • Long-term opportunity to move into a full sales rep or closer role with full residual income.

Location

  • On-the-road position operating in New Hampshire and surrounding areas.
